The old foundation had to be cut in three foot sections to avoid disturbance and shaking of existing structure. Then the pieces can easily be removed with our track loader and hauled off site. This avoids all that hack hammer noise we all love. The white material you’re seeing behind the rebar is a outstanding waterproofing system. Below you can see Oscar with Valley concrete applying the sotcrete with Alfredo a 16 year DWC veteran working the air nozzle.
