We turned this 1970s Don Olsen architect mid century commercial building into a live/work east lake design, with a new living space upstairs that includes an amazing roof deck. Daniel Miriam world renowned artist designed the building, ordering and creating every piece while working hand and hand with our crew daily. His attention to detail was outstanding and he would sketch out renderings on the fly.

We turned this 1920’s two unit building into 3 condominiums, with a roof deck and all the newest amenities including parking. Adding added an additional floor and expanded all levels horizontally.
