New three car garage with access tunnel in Sausalito. This was a hillside project that originally had a garage under the house, in which you had to back down the dilapidated driveway to the street. We performed major excavation, drainage and site work to build a new three garage which also created outdoor recreational space and a new stairway to the entrance of the home.
